Comfort Inn Collinsville near St Louis

I liked almost everything about this Comfort Inn. I appreciated Anna who accommodated my arriving earlier than I had scheduled. Even after she made that adjustment, she was friendly and personable with every contact. I also need to mention the open area in the middle of the facility. It is used for breakfast in the morning. But it also available and used through the day. Plus they have a fireplace (fake fire) adjacent to the open breakfast area, where people sit and simply enjoy the fireside atmosphere.

Greeted with a smile everytime we walked I. The door. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and soft. The breakfast was plentiful and good, the only thing wrong there were the biscuits were still cold and frozen but could heat in the microwave and that took care of that. The pool was clean and towels were provided. We have stayed here before, that's why we came back this trip. I highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to St. Louis. We felt very safe here. Since I was traveling with my 2 grandkids. Plenty of food locations around the hotel to choose from. The interstate was very close.

We stayed for one night on the road. Very clean, comfy, nice sized room and bathroom, closet, safe, free breakfast with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and professional and despite being full to capacity kept everything running smoothly, clean, and kept breakfast fully stocked right up until the cutoff. Area was right off the highway and felt very safe. Rooms were quiet and beds/pillows/linens were new and comfy. Free parking. Every Comfort Inn we have stayed at so far has had the most friendly and happy employees!

The girl at the front desk was so friendly when we checked in. She had just made fresh popcorn which was a nice perk. The room was pretty nice and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked and clean.
